The campaigns will send personalized messages to patients through email or text, as well as through in-app patient messaging if the practice is also using MyChiroTown. Chiropractors will be able to communicate with their patients about missed appointments, birthdays, events, promotions, educational tips, and many other targeted topics. CTInTouch also integrates with MyChiroTown for additional functionality and value for patients.
