San Diego, CA – May 5th, 2011 –  ChiroTouch™, the nation's leader in chiropractic software, recently launched the ARRA Calendar on its website to help empower the chiropractic community to realize the full benefit of the government's stimulus package.“We felt it was critical to create a single location where doctors can stay current on dates as they apply to the ARRA,” said Robert Moberg, President of ChiroTouch. “Doctors have their hands full running their practices, attending to their patients, and enjoying their families, and we hope this calendar will help them stay on top of the important dates and milestones they need to be aware of during this critical period."

The American Recovery & Reinvestment Act was signed into law on February 17, 2009.  The health IT component of the Bill, the HITECH Act, appropriates $19.2 billion dollars to encourage chiropractors to adopt electronic health records.  In effect, the bill pays chiropractors to realize the full benefits of a modern EHR system.  The Stimulus Bill should help provide most chiropractors in the United States with an electronic health record system at ZERO net cost to the practice.

Chiropractic software designed from the ground up to maximize efficiencies for virtually every process, including patient self check-in, scheduling, SOAP notes, billing, interoffice communication and more; ChiroTouch has developed its HIPAA-compliant system to drastically reduce the time it takes to perform tasks that chiropractors are already doing.  That gives chiropractors more time to see more patients—resulting in increased referrals, improved efficiencies, and a direct, measurable impact on practice profitability.

"In addition to the calendar, we also conduct a regularly-scheduled webinar to ensure the latest breaking news is disseminated to the community," added Robert.  "And this webinar is available to any practice, regardless of the software they're currently using.  It's another way ChiroTouch gives back to the community, and we're pleased with the overwhelming response we've received from the doctors and staff of practices across the country."
