San Diego, CA – March 24th, 2011 – ChiroTouch™, the world’s leader in chiropractic software solutions, has just released Multi-phase Treatment Plans, a powerful new feature as part of the new 5.0 software version of its revolutionary total practice management system."The Multi-phase Treatment Plans feature was indeed one of our favorites as part of this robust update to our software," said Robert Moberg, President of ChiroTouch. "We created this in collaboration with doctors from around the country who saw that this feature would greatly increase their effectiveness in planning and executing patient treatment."

Multi-phase treatment plans allow you to map out your patient's entire treatment plan at once and track your patient's current and completed phases within their overall plan.

A colored legend to the right of the drop-down menus shows:

Appts Req - The amount of future appointments you requested for this treatment.

Future - The total amount of future appointments already scheduled for this patient during this time period.

Completed - The total amount of completed appointments during this time period.

Missed – The total amount of missed appointments during this time period.

Canceled – The total amount of canceled appointments during this time period.

Rescheduled - The total amount of rescheduled appointments during this time period.

Chiropractic software designed from the ground up to maximize efficiencies for virtually every process, including patient self check-in, scheduling, SOAP notes, billing, interoffice communication and more, ChiroTouch has developed its HIPAA-compliant system to drastically reduce the time it takes to perform tasks that chiropractors are already doing.  That gives chiropractors more time to see more patients—resulting in increased referrals, improved efficiencies, and a direct, measurable impact on practice profitability.

“Treatment plans are one of the most critical components in working with patients," commented Robert. "And this feature empowers both doctors and staff to ensure that every patient is treated with customized care from beginning to end without missing a beat.”
