San Diego, CA – Sep 17, 2010 – ChiroTouch™, the nation's leader in chiropractic software, is set to host it's latest update to the popular HiTech Webinar Series, which will air live for one hour on September 23rd, 2010 at 10:00 AM (PDT).
“This is one of the most important webinars we've provided the chiropractic community,” said Robert Moberg, President of ChiroTouch. “New information has been breaking, and these critical updates are incorporated and put into context for the chiropractor.”
The American Recovery & Reinvestment Act was signed into law on February 17, 2009. The health IT component of the Bill, the HITECH Act, appropriates $19.2 billion dollars to encourage chiropractors to adopt electronic health records. In effect, the bill pays chiropractors to realize the full benefits of a modern EHR system. The Stimulus Bill should help provide most chiropractors in the United States with an electronic health record system at ZERO net cost to the practice.
New information has been released, including flexibility in meaningful use objectives and the development of a temporary certifying body. Webinar attendees will catch the breaking news and learn how rules and regulations of the HITECH Act and EHR certification have developed to make achieving meaningful use a reality for chiropractic. The latest exceptions and gain resources to help chiropractors clarify the impact of these new developments will also be discussed.
Other recent webinar topics include ‘Market with Corporate Spinal Screenings and Explode with New Patients,’ ‘Building Value in Your Practice and Equity in Your Business,’ and ‘Killer Conversions.’ The ChiroTouch webinar programs and the attendees have benefited from speakers such as Dr. Patrick Gentempo, Dr. Bob Hoffman, Dr. Eric Plasker, Dr. Ron Oberstein, Dr. Mark Ott, Dr. Brad Glowaki, Stanley Greenfield, and Dr. David Jackson, and many more. This cross-section of the most influential and recognized coaches and speakers has made for a very robust and popular series of webinars.
